Single Tickets Go on Sale July 20 for Bozeman Symphony’s 2026-27 Season

BOZEMAN, Mont. – Single tickets go on sale July 20 for the Bozeman Symphony’s 2026-27 season, Music that Moves Us . . . Near and Far, the orchestra’s 59th season and its most expansive and ambitious to date.

The season opens September 12 & 13 with Revolution & Revelry: Shostakovich 5, launching a musical journey that explores destinations both real and imagined through works inspired by culture, history, landscapes, and traditions from around the world. From beloved masterworks to compelling contemporary compositions, each performance offers audiences a unique musical experience.

“This is one of our most exciting seasons yet, filled with music that inspires, surprises, and connects us,” said Music Director Norman Huynh. “Whether audiences are experiencing the power of Verdi’s Requiem, the artistry of world-renowned guest musicians, or the joy of our beloved Holiday Spectacular, every concert invites listeners on a memorable musical journey.”

A highlight of the season is the debut of the Spotlight Series, featuring three intimate chamber music performances by Bozeman Symphony musicians. Presented in an up-close, personal setting, these concerts offer audiences a unique opportunity to experience the artistry and versatility of Symphony performers in beloved chamber works.

The season also features an exceptional lineup of internationally acclaimed guest artists, including bassist Edgar Meyer, cellist Julian Schwarz, pipa virtuoso Gao Hong, pianist Ying Li, and renowned operatic soloists. Audiences will also enjoy performances by two of the Symphony’s own distinguished musicians: Concertmaster Carrie Krause and Principal Bassoon Nick Ober.
