Bozeman Symphony Presents Free String Trio Concert in Fishtail
BOZEMAN, Mont. – The Bozeman Symphony invites the community to enjoy an evening of live music under the summer sky with a free outdoor string trio performance in Fishtail on Friday, July 10, before Montana Shakespeare in the Parks' production of The Merchant of Venice.
The concert begins at 5:15 p.m. at Fishtail Family Park, 20 W. Main St., and features harpist Angela Espinosa and violinists Megan McFadden and Luke Minton. The play begins at 6:30 p.m.
Presented in partnership with Montana Shakespeare in the Parks, the performance is part of the Bozeman Symphony's summer Far Afield concert series, which brings free chamber music performances to communities throughout southwest Montana. These outdoor concerts precede select Shakespeare in the Parks productions, creating a memorable evening that pairs live classical music with professional outdoor theater.
For more than 30 years, the Bozeman Symphony's Far Afield outreach program has expanded access to live symphonic music in rural and underserved communities throughout the Greater Yellowstone region. The program reflects the Symphony's commitment to enriching lives through music while making high-quality performances accessible to audiences of all ages.
