• ADA parking lots are available on the building’s west side and southeast corner.

• An elevator is available in the east hallway that allows access to the first and second floors.

• Wheelchair platform tickets are available on both the main floor and the balcony.

  These platforms do not have seats - they are empty platforms that can fit a wheelchair.

• Please note: a small number of stairs are required to reach the lower and upper balcony. EE is the only row in the balcony that does not require stairs.

• Street parking is available in the surrounding blocks.

• Expect increased traffic congestion around the Willson because of nearby construction projects.

• Please allow ample time to park and find your seat so you do not miss a thing!

Food and Beverage:

• A variety of sweet treats and water are available for purchase in the main lobby before the show and during intermission.

  Please keep in mind that open food is not allowed in the auditorium itself. Only water in a resealable bottle is allowed in the auditorium.

Restrooms:

• Main Floor - Restrooms are located off the Babcock entrance in the east lobby/hall.

• Balcony - Restrooms are located in the east hall, near the elevator and staircase.

Coat Check:

• Due to the venue and staffing availability, we are unable to offer a coat check at our concerts at this time.

Seating Assistance:

• Greeters are stationed at the auditorium doors and will check your tickets upon your entry to the hall.

• Ushers are available inside the auditorium to help you find your seats if needed.
