Bozeman Symphony Presents Free Summer Concert in Kalispell

BOZEMAN, Mont. – The Bozeman Symphony invites the public to enjoy an afternoon of free live music on Friday, Aug. 14, at Wachholz College Center’s O'Shaughnessy Amphitheater, 795 Grandview Dr., in Kalispell.

The concert, presented from 4:45 to 5:45 p.m., features Symphony Associate Principal Horn Elizabeth Schmidt and classical guitarist Nora Spielman. The performance precedes Montana Shakespeare in the Parks’ presentation of Much Ado About Nothing scheduled for 6 to 8 p.m.

The concert is part of the Symphony’s Far Afield concert series, a community outreach initiative that has brought free live classical music to rural and underserved communities throughout the Greater Yellowstone region for more than 30 years. Through Far Afield, the Symphony brings musicians into communities across Montana, creating opportunities for people of all ages to experience the power and joy of live music close to home.
