Bozeman Symphony Presents Free String Ensemble Concert in Pony

BOZEMAN, Mont. – The Bozeman Symphony invites the community to enjoy a free outdoor string ensemble performance in Pony on Saturday, Sept. 6, just ahead of Montana Shakespeare in the Parks’ production of As You Like It.

The concert begins at 3:45 p.m. in Pony Park on Broadway Street, featuring harpist Angela Espinosa, violinists Megan McFadden and Claudia Albrecht, and violist Jodi Allison-Bunnell.

Presented in partnership with Montana Shakespeare in the Parks, this event is part of a statewide series of free summer performances by Bozeman Symphony ensembles. These hour-long, open-air concerts set the stage for select MSIP productions, creating an inspiring blend of live classical music and Shakespearean theater.

For over 30 years, the Symphony’s Far Afield outreach initiative has brought high-quality symphonic music to rural and underserved communities across the Greater Yellowstone region. Through these concerts, the Symphony seeks to connect Montanans of all ages with the joy and transformative power of live music.
