Frequently Asked Questions - Symphony Concerts at the Willson

Food and Beverage - Coffee, soda and water are available for purchase before the concert and during intermission in the lobby. Additionally, locally-made Bequet caramels and La Chatelaine chocolates are available for purchase at intermission. Food and beverages are not allowed in Willson Auditorium, with the exception of water in a bottle which can be resealed.

Lost and Found - If you believe you left an item behind at Willson Auditorium, please call the auditorium at 522-6042. For all other events, please call the Symphony office at 585-9774.

Latecomers - Please allow yourself plenty of time for finding parking around Willson. Most of our concerts start right on time. If you are late for the performance, our ushers will seat you at a suitable break in the program, at the discretion of the Music Director.

Releasing Tickets - Unused tickets may be returned one working day before the performance as a tax-deductible contribution by calling the office. To release your tickets the day of the concert, please call the office before 5 pm (for 7:30 pm concerts) or Noon (for 2:30 pm concerts) at 585-9774. You may also release tickets at the show by dropping unused tickets off at the box office.

Handicapped Seating - Willson Auditorium is equipped with a variety of handicapped seating options, as well as companion seating. It is best to reserve these tickets in advance by calling 585-9774. Handicapped parking is available on the South side of Willson Auditorium off Babcock.
