Every two years, Montana music students compete for opportunities to play with Montana’s Symphony Orchestras and win cash prizes. The 2011 Young Artists Competition is open to musicians ages 13 to 22 to perform a work for solo instrument with orchestral accompaniment. COMPETITION INFORMATION
Any musician residing in Montana between the ages of 13 and 22 may apply to participate in the competition. The competition will be held Saturday, January 15, 2011 in Bozeman, Montana at the Montana State Universiy Department of Music at Howard Hall.
